Watson's Organic Market & Cafe

I have always loved Watson's because they carry products that are hard to find anywhere else locally. I am even more proud to support now under their new ownership. When I am in a pinch in the middle of production, I can always get what I need at Watson's!

Great food, beautiful people, nice ambiance. What more could I ask for!! So easy to order because EVERYTHing Is healthy. Every smoothie is no sugar added!!! I love these people and the food!!

The new owners of Watsons are amazing. Joaquin was an incredible host and facilitated everything we needed. Wonderful family. We had our wedding here just a couple weeks ago and they were great. I highly recommend people use this place to host their events (as well as eat at the restaurant and shop the health food store - they have an incredible selection). Thank you again Watson’s!

I had a fantastic experience at Watsons. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I love knowing that they source farm to table. The garden is a beautiful oasis. We will be back!

Great vegan and vegetarian options. Eggless salad sandwich was great and so was the smoothie!

Changing my review from 1 star to 5 star because there’s new owners!! So much better now! Old review: Owner detests children? Brought my sister in law with our 4 sweet kiddos here. I mentioned we’d like to sit outside so they could call our name on the intercom. I was cut off by a woman (maybe the owner?) who said “Your kids are NOT allowed to run around.” I said “Yeah, of course, we wouldn’t let them run. They might just walk a little.” “No, they cannot walk around, they need to learn. Even if nobody else is out there with you.” Ummmm. It’s a garden. Grass. Cute animal paintings. Watson’s should replace their “this is not a park” sign with “no children allowed” sign. Of course we wouldn’t let the kids disrupt others or be chaotic, but we felt so unwelcome, I wish I asked them to cancel my order and give me my money back so I could support another local who doesn’t hate children’s existence. The food was okay. French onion soup was not good. Sourdough bread crumbled apart for my sandwich just by holding it.

Update to an Outstanding Transformation!!! The new ownership has completely revitalized this cafe and market, and it’s truly impressive! From the moment you walk in, you can see the beautiful job they’ve done with the decor—warm and inviting. The atmosphere feels fresh and welcoming. The quality of food is outstanding! They source ingredients locally from trusted farms and Visalia's own farmers market, ensuring fresh, flavorful, and healthy meals. It’s great to see a cafe that genuinely cares about the community’s health by offering thoughtfully curated, nutritious options along with biodegradable utensils and paper goods. Beyond the cafe, the organic market side of the store is just as exceptional. They offer a well-thought-out selection of clean, nontoxic, and high-quality health and wellness products. Their commitment to providing only the best for their customers is evident, from specialty ordering options to carefully chosen organic and sustainable goods. It’s a fantastic place to find unique, health-conscious products that align with a mindful lifestyle. Service has also seen a huge improvement—friendly staff, prompt orders, and an overall great dining experience, whether you're inside or out in the garden. Talk about healthy. Upon entering you step into a store that cares about your health and wellness. The kind and knowledgeable staff helps with any questions you may have. Peaceful sitting areas and delicious deli menu made fresh daily. Highly recommended.
